Auditions and Changes coming soon

Alrighty, so I have really let this website go.  I swear I am going to start updating you all more soon.

So, what is happening here? First of all the website is not yet what I would like it to be. I want this to be an expression of who I am creatively and professionally. I am still finishing up my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and the assignment for this term is to create an e-portfolio. My thought was, “Well, I already have a website. Why not post it there?” So that is what I am going to do. In the coming weeks you will see a link called “Portfolio” and this will be a link to my resumes, writing samples, and some of the mediums I have used to present my writing or acting skills.

Next, if you do not follow (what are you waiting for?) we are casting for a new show for Twisted Tales of Faerie. Here is the link to the audition page. I am really looking forward to putting this show together and have received some great auditions from people I have never heard of (hooray for audio circles expanding), but I could still use more (especially females).

As for updates on me: I have been taking some time off from auditioning and acting while I finish up these last two terms of school. It has been a very long road to get to this point and I don’t want to blow it now by being stretched too thin and ruining some really good relationships.  A lot of acting bits have come out with me in it on Check out X-Files and Maudelayne.

I am also still riding the success of Stargazers, which is awesome. We had something like 300 downloads in the first day (it may have been more, I was too stunned). For my first big production and the debut of a story I have been playing with for a few years, that was astounding! I really want to thank Gwen for A) Taking a chance on my idea and B) Helping me write it. We are in production of episode 2 and as soon as it is out I will let you all know.

The other link I want you all to check out is Static : IT  This is a project that I have been involved with for the past 2 years. I can’t give you all too much detail until the release date, but it is a video game. I’m going to be in a video game. Image and voice. For a plus size girl like me, that is SOOOOO COOL!

Alright, that’s it for me right now. I may switch these updates to audio, but I don’t know yet.

Thanks for reading/listening.

Hello Internet! Are you ready for me?

Elm StOk folks, I know that this website looks pretty bland right now, but I have people working on it…

Welcome to my site! This is slightly separate from Gypsy Audio and all about me. It’s kind of weird promoting myself like this, but that’s show business right?

What can I tell the world about me that they want to know?

  • Acting : I am a voice, stage, and screen actor.
  • Writing: I write both technical documents and scripts (for plays or films).
  • Audio Production: I mix and produce several shows and audio books.
  • Promotion:I build hype through contacts and live events.

So why do I do this?

Entertainment has been a significant part of my life since I was very young. I have been a part of all areas of the business and love every minute of it! From creating the show, to playing a character, to telling people about it and putting the puzzle pieces together. I am starting to become a professional at this and once I finish my Bachelor’s degree (January, 2010) I will be working on getting either full time work or becoming a very busy independant contractor for one or all of these skills.

What else do you want to know?

Send me an e-mail at
